Just checking in on the moms who feel overwhelmed today.

Feeling stretched thin doesn’t mean you’re doing motherhood wrong.
Missing parts of your old routines doesn’t make you ungrateful.
Needing time alone doesn’t make you s Some women are so used to being the strong one that receiving support feels wrong. Here’s a little permission slip today that even though you CAN handle everything on your own it doesn’t mean you HAVE to.

Of course, you’re tired.

Sometimes a helpful shift isn’t doing more it’s noticing what’s draining you and what brings you energy. 

Before the degrees.
Before the certifications.

We were just a few little girls who cared deeply about people.

Now we get to sit with women through anxiety, grief, depression, postpartum challenges, and challenging Feeling uncomfortable in a social situation is incredibly common.

But our brains often turn that feeling into a story:

Ashley specializes in supporting women navigating pregnancy, postpartum, fertility challenges, birth trauma, loss, and the many emotional Todays journaling prompt: Where in your life do you feel the most pressure to “have it together”?

Sometimes we move through life carrying pressure we’ve never actually stopped to name.

The pressure to be the calm one.
The responsi “You’ll miss this someday.”

It’s something moms hear constantly. While it’s meant to be encouraging, it can feel incredibly heavy for moms struggling with postpartum depression, anxiety, or OCD.

Moms are left wondering For many women, OCD looks like quiet mental spirals:

“What if I lose control and hurt someone?”
“What if I don’t actually love my partner?”
“What if I sinned and didn’t notice?”
“What if that tho I (Christen) was honored to spend this morning at Cornerstone Church’s MomCo group talking with moms about maternal mental health.

Every time I speak, my hope is that moms leave feeling less alone and more supported in what they’re carry We are excited to announce that our team is officially growing!

More support, more capacity, more care for the women in our community🤍
