Lindsay Kuczera Mental Health Therapist

Lindsay Kuczera, LMSW

Therapist for Women 18-40
I am honored to work with women who are facing anxiety, depression, grief or struggling with what is next in life. Especially those living with chronic illness, experiencing career burnout, working through seasons of loneliness, or struggling with body image and self love.

In our sessions, you'll have a safe space to feel the way you feel and have space to explore why. Many of us have come a long way, but still struggle with loving ourselves. I aim to help you say the things out loud that you aren’t saying to anyone else. I love helping my clients feel seen and supported while adapting to the inevitable changes life brings, whether the stress is caused by an unexpected illness, grief and loss, or self-esteem issues.

I was born and raised in Southeast Michigan. I received my bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Grand Valley State University and my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Michigan State University. Since graduation I have had the opportunity to work in hospital, hospice, and outpatient settings in the past 9 years. When I’m not working you can catch me traveling, enjoying a cup of coffee, exploring the outdoors, or reading a good book!
