Therapist for Women 18-50
I believe that you are the expert of your own life, and my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and empowered as we navigate life’s challenges together. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, binge eating, body image challenges, life transitions, or feeling overwhelmed by the weight of it all, you do not have to carry it alone. I strive to offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you feel truly heard and understood.

I am especially passionate about supporting women during the reproductive and parenting years, including those navigating fertility struggles, pregnancy and postpartum challenges, identity shifts in motherhood, birth trauma, anxiety, depression, and pregnancy loss. I deeply value walking alongside women during these vulnerable seasons and helping them feel less alone in their experience. My hope is that through our work together, you feel more connected to yourself, more confident in your strengths, and better equipped to move toward healing and hope.

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and individualized to your unique needs. I utilize evidence-based practices while recognizing that every person’s story and healing journey looks different. I consider it a privilege to come alongside women as they process difficult experiences, navigate change, and rediscover a sense of balance and wholeness.

I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Hillsdale College and my Master’s degree in Social Work from The University of Michigan. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading, and working on my barista skills!
